Shipping policy

At avec ēlan , you can have your order shipped with DPD and it is in the Netherlands & Belgium for free.

When will my order be shipped?
If you order on weekdays before noon, we will ship your order the same day. If you order on Friday after 12:00 or during the weekend, we will process and ship your order on Monday. If we cannot deliver your order (on time), we will contact you within 1 business day.

What are the shipping costs?
All orders in the Netherlands are delivered free of charge. 

Which shipping methods can I choose from?
In the Netherlands you can have your order delivered to your home or work address.

How will my order be shipped?
All our orders are shipped with DPD or when shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium by one of its partners. In the Netherlands and to the main destinations abroad, orders can be tracked via Track & Trace.

Upon receipt, always check that your package is unopened and undamaged. If not, the order will be offered a second time. You can adjust this yourself. More information about this service can be found on www.postnl.nl

When a second delivery is not possible, the order can be picked up at one of the DPD pick-up locations. Outside the Netherlands pickup is not possible, when abroad always choose a delivery address where the order can be received.
